Pocket Pivot Support

Questions about sample data, direct bunq connections, privacy, or launch feedback.

Contact

Email alberto@pocketpivot.app for support, privacy questions, beta feedback, or data requests. Never send a bank password, API key, IBAN, or transaction export.

Data deletion

In the iOS app, open Settings and choose Delete all data to remove transaction history, local connection material, filters, analytics identity, notification schedules and enrollment, and widget data from that device. To separately revoke Pocket Pivot’s bunq access, delete its personal API key in the bunq app. If an older installation retains Enable Banking or Plaid data, use its dedicated deletion control; a failed remote deletion remains pending so you can retry. For bank-waitlist or partner-interest deletion, email support from the address you used.

What to include

  • Device model and iOS version.
  • Pocket Pivot version or TestFlight build.
  • A short description of what happened.
  • Screenshots only if they do not reveal sensitive transaction details.

Direct bunq connection help

The first release supports bunq Pro and Elite customers who create a personal API key in the bunq app. Pocket Pivot connects from your iPhone, stores the key in iOS Keychain, and cannot create payments or move money. Other banks are not available in this release; use the bank waitlist on the homepage to tell us what should be next.

Notifications and background refresh

Daily Brief, Weekly Insights, exact totals, and background refresh are separate choices in Settings. Daily and weekly notifications are prepared locally. Server Connection Alerts are unavailable in build 17. Background refresh is best effort because iOS decides when the app may run; if the last refresh is stale or a task was deferred, open Pocket Pivot and use manual refresh.

Older connection providers

Enable Banking and Plaid are not active in Pocket Pivot 1.0. Existing data from an earlier version may remain preserved but inaccessible so an upgrade does not silently destroy it. It is not refreshed or used for notifications. Use the dedicated deletion control if you want Pocket Pivot to attempt remote revocation and remove the retained records.

Independent product

Pocket Pivot is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by bunq.
